Carry out documented one-to-one discussions with the team on a minimum monthly basis.
Use the appropriate WCM tools to understand and address gaps in the Company’s health, safety and environmental systems
Leading the WCM Health & Safety pillar as per the WCM Bronze standards wherever applicable
Reporting: The position will report to Operations Director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Safety training to NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent.
OSHAD practitioner Grade A
7 to 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing/Industrial environment, working with established EHS systems, preferably in compliance with the ADEHSMS regulatory framework and with an understanding of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards.
Excellent Communication & Peoples’ skills. Knowledge of human psychology is beneficial.
Requires high influencing capacity to influence stakeholders.
