• Support fire team members with correct fire equipment operating procedures and faulty equipment handling knowledge.
• Create fire and safety filing systems according to local municipal regulations.
• Study hotel fire incidents and records to improve fire system performance.
• Support job responsibility training for control team members.
• Oversee performance appraisals to improve department performance.
• Handle emergency accidents appropriately.
• Attend operational meetings to review and update department performance.
• Check daily on-duty records and stay informed about major machine room situations controlled by the Fire Control Centre.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

What qualifications and skills are required?

• Senior high school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in security and fire control.
• Certified Fire Safety Administrator and Chief Security qualification issued by National Vocational Qualification Certification.

• Ability to manage emergency cases and incidents.
